Efflorescence Cleaning Services

White powdery residues, crystalline deposits, blistering and peeling paint, as well as concrete chalking on concrete walls, ceilings and external walls are commonly referred to as efflorescence. This is not ordinary dirt. Moisture trapped within the wall draws cement‑derived salts to the surface where they crystallise. It is mostly triggered by wall seepage, roof leakage, water ingress around window frames, leaks from upper‑floor premises or high‑humidity conditions. Simply scraping off surface deposits and repainting will not resolve the source of water intrusion. Efflorescence will recur repeatedly, progressively damaging the concrete structure and causing ongoing spalling and chalking.

We offer surface‑only efflorescence cleaning service. Using specialised materials and equipment, we remove crystallised efflorescence and white saline powder from wall surfaces, cleanse concrete substrates and restore the original appearance of building structures.
